The quick action to open Real VNC doesn't work

I put the command "vncviewer.exe KACE_HOST_NAME" following the example from dameway, but it doesn't still work, don't open the application Real VNC.

I still put all the path "C:\Program Files\RealVNC\VNC4\vncviewer.exe -c -m:KACE_HOST_NAME".

P.S.: The remote access from windows works.

What else can I do?
