Symantec Client Security 2.0.1
Hello guys,
Ok so this is officially my first post, but I'm a long time reader as well. So here's my problem:
Symantec Client Security is a suite composed of Symantec AntiVirus and Symantec Client Firewall. I would like to package *only* the Firewall part of it. Now, it seems that when i manually install it, I can't simply uncheck the NAV feature. This is kind of a problem for our company since NAV is already deployed on 3500+ pc's and packaging NAV+Firewall would kind of be an overkill, not to mention all possible issues I don't want to think of if I install this package on a machine which already has NAV.
So, that's my problem. Did anyone successfully package Symantec Client Firewall only? If so, well, your help will greatly be appreciated.
By the way: I've tried starting the MSI from the subfolder SCSClnt but still, he seems to want to install NAV.
Thanks,
Stephane
