Service request Dashbaord not updating
Our boss is using the dashboard in the service request tab and its not updating the information he has up. Is there a problem with it please help.
The chances are that he is looking at a Widget on the ServiceDesk Dashboard that does not show him the queue he is looking for. If you check the widget, hover over, does a pencil appear in the top right hand corner? If so the widget can be edited, HOWEVER, you will probably not be able to show data for just the single queue you require, such is the limitation of the dashboard in the SMA.
If he wants to see specific charts and data for his queue the chances are you are going to have to build an external dashboard to your SMA to show that data, using tools such as Power BI.
