service didn't install when trying to package NTP

Hello all,

I'm trying to package an app NTP by meinberg, which installs a service called NTP to synchronize with the NTP servers. During installation of the app it creates a local system account for the service. I tried both Wise and appdeploy packager and both failed to install the service. I tried Wininstall and it was able to sucessfully install the service. I was hoping that I could just use one packager namely Wise. If anyone knows how to troubleshoot let me know. Thanks, in advance.

probably a result of a snapshot.
first, set up the vendor install, and if that works correctly look at the msi.chm at the ServiceInstall and ServiceControl tables sections to see exactly what you need to put in there.

both failed to install the serviceWhat steps did you take to find out why that happened? None, I'll bet. Did you log the install to see where it failed? Here I go, counting out my cash to place another bet... :)
