Service Desk email notification for unassigned emails

We have a service desk team and we would like to get a notification for the initial unassigned ticket that gets generated. Is there a way for any new unassigned ticket that comes in to email a certain email address? We only want this to come in for the initial creation of an unassigned ticket. After the ticket is created, someone can go into the queue and assign the ticket to themselves and from that point, only the team member would get the service desk email notifications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
