Self repair for power user mode
How to enable self repair for power user mode and non power user mode(non privileged user) ?

It doesn't matter which privileges the user has as long as the package is installed per-machine and you got some entrypoints (ex. advertised shortcut) to trigger a repair. In this case it will be elevated to repair files/registry outside of the uses profile or registry hive. User "parts" will be repaired as usual.
