Security issues

i am trying to deploy a scripted install of a vendors package, however this package only installs as the local administrator on any target workstation. Is there anyway round this as I need to deploy this application via SMS 2003 to XP SP2 clients?

Is this a MSI?
Does the setup check to see if its running in the local admin context? Could you disable it?

Unfortunaitly it is not an MSI, it is an installsheild Isscript.exe install that have created a local answer files for.

Oh joy. [&:]

Well I don't think you have many options then.
Even though SMS can install using administrative rights, I know there are some applications that still want to only install using the actual local administrator account.

Have you tried creating a snapshot of the application to see if it could work this way?
