has anyone repackaged roxio 9


can't get the vendors msi to work

it keeps on asking for setup.exe

i have checked the installexecute and custom action tables for oncheckslientinstall and that custom action is not there

I have also taken off other customn actions ie onmoved , onmoving etc tec

any ideas on how I can create an mst

Hi!
It looks like this is an Installshield package. They usualy requiers that a Isscript engine has been installed before you install your MSI otherwise you´ll get the "run setup.exe" message (it installs with the setup.exe).

Se if you have a isscript***.exe / msi file on the CD, run that one first and then the application msi with the mst.

I haven´t check into how the CA looks like in the isscript so I cant help you on that one.
