Alright guys. I know everyone is tired of seeing my name attached to so many questions but i have another one. My boss wants to know if the system can monitor our service contracts and send alerts when we need to begin the renewal process. This needs to be something that i can run a report against and also be attached to the systems that are covered under it. Most of our inventory is dell which (if I remember correctly) is automatically gathered by Kace and I can run reports with. We have IBM servers and some other miscellaneous systems that are covered under varying service contracts. Thanks in advance for all of the help.

You can use the assets module to track contracts. Once you upload the information you can build reports.
