Printing MS Project

Hi

I have packaged MS Project 2010. When I try to print any Microsoft Project from the server or copy that document on to the desktop and print , I get the below error.

If I create a new Project myself , I am able to print the documents.

Other Users are able to print the same document, that I am having trouble to print.They are have same rights.

Any Idea, how I can go about this

  • I now see that am able to print few of the .mpp and for the other few I am getiing the issue as above. I am not sure how the documents are saved and is it possible it maybe because of the diffrent versions it is saved in.I have 2010 on my machine.
    But the others are still able to print .. Can any suggest. - shamu99 10 years ago

sounds like your printer settings are different from others, try comparing settings or remove and re-add your printer
