Premiere Elements 2.0
Anyone where Adobe hides the scratch disk information? Need to be able to push this setting change out.

I believe this information is held in a preferences file in the following folder :
C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\Adobe\Premiere Elements\2.0
so I guess one approach would be to start with a fresh installation, adjust the scratch disk location (through the Premiere application itself, presumably[?]) and then arrange for a copy of the resulting modified preferences file to go out to all users that need it, in the location specified above.
