I am confused about the patch management on my k1000... Under Catalog is shows downloaded: and todays date then under that shows "last download attempt" with a date of 12/20/2018.  Signatures Status shows "failed" and patch file status shows "updated"  I feel like the K1000  has not been downloading and updating client machines.  What can I do to test this?  I tried run now and nothing seems to happen.  I also restarted everything and still won't work.

Did your license expire on 12/20/18, that would stop downloads. Go to system and check that.


If not check your settings

  • No license is fine and settings look ok. I also notices we aren't receiving the latest news, etc... on the home screen either. This was working until I did the last update.
    • Prior to opening a ticket:

      Check and make sure the kbox settings in the company firewall are correct.

      Check settings on the kbox under system - control panel - network settings and look at the proxy setting, also look at ACL details and check those.
