It would appear that you are trying to convert a legacy InstallShield project to an MSI. As such, this is the wrong forum for your post: this forum is to concerned with errors returned from the Windows Installer engine, like those detailed here: http://www.appdeploy.com/msierrors/

You would best be advised to try the Acresso forums, if you haven't done so already.
