One of our users opens at least 20 to 30 emails to work on all of these emails (so she says). She also has a couple of Calendar invites open say at least 10 all open

Then she complains that outlook is slow.

And also claims that she was able to do this previously and now all of a sudden its slow.

Any clues? We rolled out windows 10 last year with office365 to all pc for users.

Honestly someone that works under that description, I would have them work in the portal, but I know how it could be with demanding users.

This is possible if you don't have your user's Outlook on cached mode, so it is constantly reaching out to the cloud instead of working with local data.
