I'm trying to compile my application which has a file of size more than 2GB, but it's not happening since the size is more, is there any way to do that

I presume you mean that you're compiling the package rather than the application.

Provided you have the media options set correctly, there shouldn't be a problem. Both Wise and InstallShield (you don't say which you're using, not that it's relevant here) take F O R E V E R to compile big projects, especially if there are lots of small files, rather than a few large ones. Maximum RAM and minimal extraneous junk on the packaging machine helps, too.
