Netop Remote Controle Host
Hi I got a problem with my capture of Netop Remote Controle Host. I made a MSI file, but when I want to start the program it takes about 1 min. to load it. when I am clicking on the service netop helper an error accours and it saids
"Configuration Manager: The specified device instance handle does not correspond to a present device."
is there anybody there could help me with that problem?

Call Mike Rice over at CrossTech Corp, his # is 800 6754 0729 X124, he has been very helpful in diagnosing some of our Netop School problems. Make sure you have a valid support agreement first.

Dumb question, but why did you repackage it?? Yes I know the default install is legacy setup.exe based. There is a MSI install on the CD. I don't remember remember the exact path but I just used about a week ago. I will check the exact path when I get back in the office tomorrow.

hmmmm Doug not a dump question... I found the msi file. I was a litte to quick just to finish the application and did not see it [;)] but thx for the help

Why I captured the hole thing was because of some configurations after installation. But I figured out that I just need to make 2 packages [:D]
