I received this mail from KACE earlier this week.

Network Connectivity checks performed on the following urls failed:

  • kace.cdn.lumension.com/kace/kbox3-ec.xml Response Code:

Inorder for the patch downloads to work, it is necessary for the K1000 server to reach these urls.
Please check your network configuration to verify nothing is blocking access to the above mentioned urls.

Hint: If proxy server is being used, you might have to add an exception for these urls. Please check the server logs for more information.

Is this just a network hiccup one night? I've received my downloads the last two nights successfully. I don't know if this is a new URL that it tried or if it just couldn't connect one random time. Thanks for the help.

That is usually caused by an expired maint agreement.  If has worked the past 2 nights I would not worry about it most likely a network glitch.
