msxml3
I have this apps that installs MSXML3 during installation. the problem is after u deploy the apps, if u login as a normal user it self heals repeatedly trying to install msxml3 until u logon as an admin then it will install the MSXML3.

If you look at the event log you will see which Product/Component Windows Installer thinks it needs to 'self heal'. Then, logged on as a normal user, make sure you can actually access the file/directory/registry item....
