MSI: Installation Sequence

Hello,

I am inspecting an MSI file and came across something I don't understand.
Parameters are for instance: ALLUSERS or REMOVE

But I saw things like:
- $CommunicationCentre.exe>2
- #CommunicationCentre.exe
- ?CommunicationCentre.exe=3

Can someone help me with these signs $ # ? what do they mean ?

Thank you

Just found the Condition Builder that answers my question I guess.
I just have to figure out what $CommunicationCentre.exe>2 means and if I can do anything to avoid going in that condition using a property.
Else I'll just comment that part using an MST.
