Local Network URL's in Ticket System not working correct

we have the following Problem with our ticketing System.

Sometimes local area network links doesn't work.

If i'm copying them to Notepad they look absolutely normal, if i copy it from Notepad to Explorer they aren't working.
If i'm copying them directly to Explorer they aren't working.

Interesting is the following:
If I'm copying the link to a unix compatible Editor (like Proton) the links look like this

Whats going wrong?
Any ideas?

  • Can you provide more details of where these links reside? Are they in a ticket comment?
  • Yes, they are in a Ticket comment.
  • Can you show a complete copy of one of those URL's?
