hi there.

Anyone notice issues with the new 1903 update from microsoft.

I have just made a new  image of 1903 and deployed to Dell Latitude 7390.

But the kace agent refuses to connect to the k1 server. I have

runkbot 20 times, with no luck.

I have tried it with another device of the same model and still have

the same issue.

Reverting back to the older image... i,e  1803 and all is back to normal and

agent works fine.

Other models are fine by the way.

Any ideas guys

What version of the Appliance and the Agent?

Resolved in 10.0 release.


If this does not resolve your issue, use the Kace Agent Toolkit to collect Agent logs and open a support ticket and attach the logs that were collected.

  • Agreed if you are running v1903 you need to be on K1 v10 to get all the interoperability.
