We have been using KACE for IT for a while and just added a different business group. When in the web portal, they only see their group's tickets (or IT tickets they themselves have filed) - which is as it should be. When connected to the KACE Go app on their mobile phones though, they seem to be able to see all of the IT tickets as well. Has anyone else experienced this?

I would raise that with Support and ask the question of Product management. My guess would be that the Go App has not been configured to lock down the queues, as the user UI has been.
