When attempting to send ticket information via email to email addresses outside our Exchange organization, we receive a 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay error from our Exchange server.  Does any have documentation or suggestions on how to resolve this issue?  For the inital setup, we followed http://www.itninja.com/blog/view/set-up-exchange-2007-2010-with-kbox-1000-server-5-3.
