KACE Command | Monitor (10.1.0.382) not working on a single system (Latitude E5570)

We  have 30+ of this same type of system (Latitude E5570)and only one computer cannot get any Dell Command | Monitor hardware items.  Get "No Data Available"

I was able to run Powershell: Get-CimInstance -Namespace \root\dcim\sysman -ClassName DCIM_Battery  to get the info we needed, but still wondering why no data!

What happens if you try to read it out with the Dell software?
https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=9n9w1

If you cannot get the info with it, you should contact Dell.

  • This simply brings me to the Dell Drivers download page (wrong version at that)? We were looking to get Battery info. PS It works on 30+ other E5570's. - kcsc 5 years ago
    • since it works with all systems _EXCEPT_ this one, there is an issue with this system. If I go to this link I see the Dell Command Tool.
It is another tool to collect the info.
I really assume that this tool also don't give you the needed info. This will verify that the system contains an issue, and the vendor will help you with fixing this issue. - Nico_K 5 years ago
