While attempting use the Dell KACE Ticketing System (Ver 6.4.522) on a Windows 7 workstation, E.I.11 browser, the queue freezes.

what happens with another browser?

Please be aware, that the SMA 6.4 is end of life for a really long time (since 2017-10-17) so it contains outdated software, which may not work well with current setups and software. 

Also this version will no more fixed if a security hole is found.

  • Thank you for your response. It works with Chrome. The Network Administrator(s) has IE11 Built in the companies Intranet page for end users.
