Kace 1000 - How to enable ticket creation email notification to the submitter? I don't see this option at all under Queue / Events On Email nor any templates to email the submitter. What am I missing?

I understand that you are asking for an option for the submitter to receive a confirmation email. The Kbox already includes a built-in mechanism to send a confirmation email to the submitter (Service Desk | Configuration | Queue | Email on Events | New Ticket Via Email) but it only works if the ticket was submitted by email. If the ticket is submitted by web interface then the K1000 decides that the user does not need a confirmation. If you need the submitter to receive confirmation for a ticket submitted by web you may follow the directions at the appendix of the following KB article: https://support.software.dell.com/kb/111222

You can create a custom rule for this.
In wich case should the submitter get an mail notification? Maybe I can help you with the ticketcreation.
