K100 Service Desk - Multiselect drop down custom field with search function
Our Service Techs are frustrated when they need to make multiple selections in one field.
I have used the query:select ASSET.NAME FROM ASSET WHERE ASSET_TYPE_ID=10220 ORDER BY ASSET.NAME ASC
What our techs would like to see is a search function to assist with selecting the correct items.
Is this possible?
