The Satisfaction Survey is disappointing.  Is there a way it can be customized, add additional questions?  Most Help Desk solutions have this feature built in.

  • If you need to run custom questionnaires, get statistics and alter the frequency of the survey then you will probably need to step outside of KACE to do that. Checkout www.kacedashboard.com this product has the capability to create all of the above and it is driven by your KACE Helpdesk and will update back into your tickets

I don't imagine that it will change, but if it's something you want, you may ask KACE support if it's something that Professional Services could provide.

You can change the LABEL in the Queue customization that will adjust the 'title' of the survey when it comes up.

As far as I know, that and the ability to turn it on or off, is the only customization that I am AWARE of.

Who knows what u can dig up on the data table though :)
