Software Deployment

I need some help

i have been given this piece of software and it needs repackaging for deployment, however it was built by another company and its rubbish. I have made the changes to the installer and got it to use an msi only not a setup.exe however now when i run it i get Internal Error 2343, i then ran it from a command line using msiexec.exe /i "programname.msi" /L*v c:\temp\logfile.logto try and find out some more info and i guess the bit attached below is causing my error.
If i run it from inside installshield editor as a test it works fine. the pc is logged on as local admin. not sure i can provide any more info. can anyone please help me out.
