Integrity Client 4.5.114 - Truevector Service

I am trying to package Integrity Client but can not get the Truevector service running.

It appears that this is because the driver which this service uses (vsdatant) is not running. Has anybody had any success with this app or does anybody have any suggestions?

The details follow:
Service Name: vsmon
Display Name: TrueVector Internet Monitor
Description: Monitors internet traffic and generates alerts for disallowed access.
Path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\vsmon.exe -service
Startup Type: Automatic
Log on as: local sytem Account
Service runs in its own process
Allow Service to interact with desktop
Recovery: Take no action
Dependencies: Afd[~]RpcSs[~]vsdatant[~][~]
Error Control: Normal Error

Error when attempting to start service:
Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Event Log errors:

  • The vsdatant service failed to start due to the following error:
vsdatant is not a valid Win32 application.
  • The TrueVector Internet Monitor service depends on the vsdatant service which failed to start because of the following error:
TrueVector Internet Monitor is not a valid Win32 application.

When you snapshotted Integrity Client, did you monitor the hardware keys also? It may be that the driver installed certain keys into the hardware keys, and now can't find them.
