Software Deployment

Does anyone know how to program or write a script in regards to being able to reply to all parties involved in an e-mail thread. In other words, when you hit reply or add to the ticket in KACE, it just replies to one e-mail address. You have to physically copy in everyone each and every time. Is their a script or someone out there that can help out with this? We want to be able to have the ablility to reply to everyone involved in the ticket with one click of a button.
