Assuming you are referring to K1000 Software Installs.

Software Deployed through a distribution will follow your agents inventory settings combined with the "Task Throughput" setting. So if you have 120 computers with an inventory set for 2 hours and a Task Throughput of 3, your software will be deployed to one system every minute with a rough maximum of 3 concurrent deploys.

For Scripting installs you have a couple choices. Online and Offline, Scheduled and Run Now.
Online/Scheduled will follow the same rules as above.
Offline/Scheduled will copy your payload to the computers(following above rules) and execute at the given time.

Run Now will attempt to push the software to ALL SELECTED COMPUTERS. There is some throttling involved but can bring your K1000 and/or network to a crawl while it attempts to contact and deploy to all the computers.
