Identifying Audio Devices

With everyone working remotely we get more and more calls about audio issues.  I'm trying to find a way to identify the currently available audio devices in our K1000 so that the service desk doesn't have to rely on the user to figure out what they're using.

Go to Inventory | Devices | <the device in question> | Hardware  to see the nessesary information.
