Second, why do your MSIs need to be 100% error and warning-free? Just throw a bunch of Microsoft (and other mainstream vendors) MSIs at whoever mandated THAT dictat. You'll expend a great deal of useless effor at achieving that end. Often, you will correct one error and create more. Most shops I've worked in have worked to the "fix the errors and ignore the warnings" methodology.
