IBM Rational Application Developer 6.0
Does anyone have any experience with this application. We are struggling with the best way to install this via SMS. Any input would be appreciated.

It has been a while since I have touched that and it is a painful one. I think all you can do is generate and use a setup.iss with the installer. Setup captures tend not to work because it installs some legacy file system driver to talk to the server. You could figure out how to install that driver or just go with a setup.iss.
