Hi,
Have you tried this
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Uninstall.
Just point your arrow on Uninstall and go to EDIT option and select FIND, just type your application name(FileMaker pro) in that & hit enter.
You will fine all details including uninstall string on right side.

I alrday did, it's not in the registry key, I found the FileMaker Pro 10 in the regedit, but do not have uninstall string.

I even try msiexec.exe /x "FileMaker Pro 10.MSI" /qn, it gave error code 1605.

I even try on the dos command prompt for doing msiexec.exe /x "FileMaker Pro 10.MSI" /qn, it failed on me too.

Any more idea?

Can you see that one in Control Panel ? Add/Remove
one more thing is that, you need to give proper location of that file
like msiexec /x "c:\Program files\ac\mnb.msi" /qb

Not sure if this will work for you or not, but you might try... msiexec.exe /x {96F5D143-C950-465D-A8BE-C3D4D9CB3C1F}

Also, I think you might try looking in the registry again. I don't think it can show up in Add/Remove Programs without being listed somewhere in the registry. When in doubt, highlight the top level Computer item and then select Edit | Find and search for "FileMaker".

Lastly, if the installation is corrupt, it may not uninstall nicely. So is FileMaker working fine? Can you remove it via Add/Remove Programs?

I found the FileMaker Pro 10 in the regedit, but do not have uninstall string.In that case, you know the ProductCode, as it's used for the name of the key where you saw those details so you can use it in your command line: MSIExec /x {ProductCode} [other switches, as required]
