How to Lower Last Inventory K1000

Hello,

I wanted to see if anyone can help me with a minor issue. On the Inventory screen I have as one of my columns "Last Inventory" I would like to know if I can adjust the time. If a computer has not connected with Kace 1000 in 2 hours it turns red. I would like to change this to two weeks then turn red as then I would want to investigate. Does anyone know how to change this measure?

  • Thanks everyone for helping. Wish there was a way to keep the agent checking at one interval but have the threshold for Last Inventory longer on the inventory screen, maybe I will add this to the Kace Users voice site.

Hello,

you cannot do that :-)
if you want you can create a duplicate of the report "Computers that are MIA for 60 Days" and amend the condition so it will be ever 14 days instead of 60.
Then you can even schedule the report so you will receive it by email with the frequency that you prefer.

my red line threshold is 12 hours

  • This may depend by the inventory configuration: are you sending an inventory every 12 h?

    • my orgs agent inventory is set for 6 hours. I searched thru the system and orgs and do not see any setting for it. maybe it is twice the inventory setting? Hopefully someone else can verify if this is what sets it by looking at their kbox agent inv setting and see what their threshold is.
      • The ''red'' threshold is in function of the inventory frequency.
        There is not a way to modify that threshold without modifying the inventory frequency.
