I am needing a custom ticket rule to send an email to the Submitter and the Owner when a ticket is created. I already have a rule to auto asign the Owner based on location. I have looked over simular questions asked. Due to my lack of knowlege and programming skill with sql I don't seem to be able to make it happen. So I guess what I am needing is the code and how to setup the custom ticket rule to make this work. Thanks everybody.

If the user emails in a ticket, they automatically get an email indicating they opened one up. If they open it in the KBOX interface, the system doesn't email it to them as they can see it in the KBOX directly. 


This one can be used for emailing the owner.
