Software Deployment Question
Has anyone upgraded to v10.1?
We have just upgraded our DEV system to v10.1. They have given fixes for most of the faults found in v10, however, most of these were not broken in DEV i.e. reply via email to ticket(s), HTML formatting etc. and everything seems to be working fine (which was the same for v10).
Has anyone upgraded to v10.1 in their production system? We are a bit reluctant to put v10.1 into production in case it breaks more?
Any suggestions appreciated?

I believe in 10.1 there are hot fixes for those problems you outlined. Make sure to contact support with any of those ones you're experiencing so they can get you the right patches.
