Has anyone deployed the Microsoft Translator for Office?

Google fails me when I search for deployment options, I've tried /quiet /passive /s /admin switches and they all bring up the install GUI. Has anyone successfully developed a silent, unattended install for this little plugin?
Does anyone know if this is included in Office 2007 SP2?
