it's quit simple
1) why feature doesn't have GUID can any one explain in detailed ...????
2)why multiple Msiexec.exe are executed while running one msi application.....?????

the answer to your first question is that
what is the use of GUID in windows insatller technology?
when ever a new MSI is released what things in it have a GUID with them?
what is the difference between a feature and a component?
