Group eMail on ticket close

is it possible to eMail a group of users when a ticket is closed?
Is a ticket being closed, everyone in the helpdesk group should get an eMail with at least the subject and the info that the Ticket has been closed.

This is working fine per default when a ticket is created for the default ticket owner.

This can be done with a custom rule.
