I am using K3000 version 1.0.77821.

How can i delete an profile previously created with iPhone-configuration software?

When i am trying to enroll my iPad on the moment that the profile is installing i am getting this error:

"Profile failed to install. The password for the certificate "customer.p12"is incorrect."

Does somebody know where do i have to look to corect the password?

I think there is an area under Settings->General where the profiles are stored, but you may want to contact your K3 trainer or support to get a more complete answer.
