Enable/Disable text field in a Dialog

Hi all

I have made a dialog with 3 text fields.
I set condidtions on a text field: Hide...... !PBX_2000_3000 = 2
Where "PBX_2000_3000" is a feature. I don't want to show the text field if this feature is not installed.

When i run my setup the text field is always hidden even when the related feature is installed!!!

is there something that i have to delete or set in the tables so that i works normally?

Your Help is appriciated
Thanks in advance

Try modifying your condition to be &PBX_2000_3000 = 2 which uses the action state of the feaure ie It will be disabled if you are not installing the feature PBX_2000_3000

Also add a Show action with the condtion &PBX_2000_3000 = 3 to enable if you are installing said feature. Otherwise if a user goes back through the dialog sequence and modifies the feature selection your control will still be disabled.

Of course also check the control attributes so that it is Visible and not Hidden by default....

Thank you very much....you saved my day :)

I would like to note that if i set controls as visible by default they will still appear even if the related feature is not installed.

But when i tried without checking visible it work with the conditions you suggested.

Thanks again for you help
