Try and replace the Directory column of the shortcut table for the respective shortcut with the appropriate directory.

Actually, I went in shortcut table and I deleted shortcut from there, and now everything is fine, but when I did the same thing through Installation expert page, every other shortcut's directory was changed to My Documents. Any idea about this behaviour?

At a guess I'd say:

- this is a captured package, not a vendor MSI, and
- one or more of the tables contain errors. Does the MSI validate OK?

It is a vendor msi. PGP desktop, and no check table errors.
