I'm a Desktop Authority newbie (as in the last 5 days) so bear with me. 

A co-worker upgraded DA to 9.2 yesterday. Since then, our helpdesk guys are saying that ExpertAssist is no longer connecting to remote machines unattended - it requires the someone on the other end to approve the connection. This doesn't work for us as the helpdesk guys need unattended access for multiple reasons.

Does anyone know if ExpertAssist can be configured to allow unattended access to remote machines?
