Create Service Desk Reports

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to see if anyone has a report for their service desk that runs every day and emails what New and Open tickets are currently shown.

    • Set the report to run in a schedule, using the little bell from the report list and email it to your employee - Hobbsy 1 year ago

the reporting wizard should work, select your fields and filter by status != closed.
