Could not find the verbose log when self-heal
Where can I find the log file when MSI self-heals. I tried to look in C:\Temp, %USERTMP%, %TEMP% with no luck.

how do you know there is one? logging is not mandatory, you have to give the log file a path
there should be something in eventvwr regardless though.

Like owen say's there won't be a log unless you've set it up.
for trouble shooting you can add the reg key
HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
Logging: voicewarmupx
a randomly named log will get created in the %TEMP% folder
