Conditionalised Components giving problem on self repair

I am searching one registry key, through appsearch\custom action, and according to that I want to conditionalise my component's installation. I am able to set appsearch value. After Appsearch custom action in messagebox I can see TEST property getting resolved. I have given condition TEST to my component.

At the time of Installation I do not face any problem, but at the time of repair, application does not get repair properly, and I get "Fatal Error". There are other ways to achieve the same, but I am curious, why this is not working.

What did the verbose log says....
