Can any one pls tell me what certification i can do for this packaging tech. and from that i can learn.

right now.. there are no certifications for wise/installshield.

There are few Altiris certification programs comes with Wise Package Studio which might/will help you to get into packaging tech. Googling will help you.

Wise Package Studio related certifications have been suspeded by Symantec and I have heard that they are coming up with new certification for WPS in the near future...
